I enjoy having art journals and sketchbooks. It is a reletively new development and I find it relaxing. It has no limits, expectations or judgement, it simply is for the sake of brainstorming, and making art.

I love journaling and art journals of different themes are right up there on the top things for me to relax and let go into.....here is a glimpse of the inside of some of them.
